Muhammad Shaheer Ali is a Ph.D. scholar in Sports Sciences and Physical Education at Gomal University, Dera Ismail Khan. He holds an M.Phil and a BS degree in Sports Sciences and Physical Education, graduating with distinction as a Gold Medalist. His research interests include Exercise Physiology, Sports Training, and Sports Medicine, with a particular focus on performance enhancement and health-related fitness. He has been actively involved in research focusing on training interventions and their effects on physical performance and health outcomes, and has published his research in an academic journal. He has also presented his research at an international conference. He is currently serving as a Lecturer in Health and Physical Education at the Department of Education, Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS), Quetta.
