This project was initiated to investigate the socio-economic impact of vocational trainings provided to female Afghan refugees in Balochistan. The findings suggest the significant economic impact of short vocational trainings on the livelihood of refugee families facing extreme poverty.

This study was indented to explore the prevalence of drugs addiction in the public sector Universities of Balochis and the institutional responses to address this issue.

This project was designed to explore youth aspirations to acquire vocational trainings for the skills demanded by the garment industry, particularly the youth residing in violence effected areas of Karachi i.e. Sultanabad, Lyari and Korangi. It was a primary data based study in which the data from three different stakeholders was collected. The first survey was conducted to evaluate the status of available technical and vocational training providers in Karachi city. The second survey was about the skill-gap and carried out at firms engaged in garment manufacturing. The third survey was at household level in violence effected areas of Karachi.
