Dr. Muhammad Asad has been a member of the Faculty of Management Sciences at BUITEMS since 2009. He completed his PhD in Human Resource Management from CUST, Islamabad, and is a certified master trainer by the HEC Pakistan. His research interests include leadership, career management, work-family interface, psychological contracts, organizational communication, and performance management.
