Arshad Ali is a distinguished academic and professional with an extensive background in engineering and applied sciences. He holds multiple postgraduate degrees, in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Statistics and Mathematics. He enjoys teaching with problem based learning and open ended labs using complex engineering problems. His research interest mainly are in Aeroelasticity, Flutter Prediction, Mechanical Vibrations, Metallurgical Engineering, Mathematical Modelling, Mechanical Design, Solid Mechanics, Design of Machine Elements, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics, Tensors, Differential and Integral Calculus.
