Provided technical assistance as Data Analyst for the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) on the revival of Balochistan’s Water Resources Program. Trained MS/PhD students and research faculty in experimental design and advanced statistical analysis. Supported the research team in processing and interpreting large-scale water-related data. Contributed to the final technical report and strengthened research capacity in water governance.

Worked with UNDP and government departments to assess and improve data availability for SDG indicator computation in Balochistan. Raised the availability of usable data from 7% to 45%. Conducted data validation workshops with relevant departments. Delivered comprehensive reports (Inception, Progress, and Final), and proposed frameworks for sustainable integration of administrative and survey data into national SDG monitoring systems.

Led a UNDP-funded project aimed at promoting student engagement on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) across universities in Balochistan. Supervised five MS interns conducting SDG-related research, organized interactive sessions on Design Thinking and Leadership, and coordinated a Thesis Research Competition and an Animation Challenge Cup on SDGs. Delivered comprehensive reports (Inception, Progress, Final) documenting project milestones. Built strong partnerships with academia, youth, and policy stakeholders to foster localized SDG awareness and action.

Served as Co-Principal Investigator for a research project on skill mapping and employment potential in proposed Special Economic Zones in Balochistan. Conducted qualitative fieldwork including Focus Group Discussions and Key Informant Interviews with stakeholders. Co-authored a peer-reviewed research paper. Successfully completed all project deliverables, contributing to a practical framework for youth employment generation and workforce planning in underserved regions of Pakistan

Acted as Co-Researcher in a climate change project funded by the Global Change Impact Study Centre. Investigated the impacts of climate change and potential adaptation strategies specific to Balochistan’s ecological and socio-economic context. Conducted community-level field assessments and collaborated with local agencies. Delivered a technical report outlining feasible adaptation pathways and policy recommendations for climate resilience in the province.

Led a research project exploring the role of fairness, emotions, and regulation in decision-making using the Ultimatum Game framework. Supervised an MS student (awarded Badge of Honor) and facilitated training sessions on experimental design. The project resulted in published academic output and valuable insights into human behavior in economic negotiations. Emphasized experimental economics within local academic research culture.
