Adeela Afridi is a Lecturer in the Department of Psychology at the Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS), Takatu Campus, Quetta. She holds an M.Phil. in Psychology from the University of Balochistan. Her teaching and research focus on emotional intelligence, burnout, and gender psychology. She has published in national journals and is passionate about promoting mental health awareness and resilience among youth and working professionals.
