With over 23 years of professional experience, I am a seasoned Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Specialist, bringing a unique blend of academic, research, and practical expertise to the field. My extensive background includes 15 years in academia & leadership roles and 8 years of broad field experience, with a focus on Engineering Development Systems & Structural Health Monitoring (SHM). A registered Professional Engineer (PE) with the Pakistan Engineering Council, I hold a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, a Master's in Environmental Engineering, and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering. My diverse expertise spans infrastructure planning, urban & rural development, stormwater management, and project management. As a trusted advisor, I have provided technical & policy guidance to national & international organizations on critical issues such as smart city governance and sustainable infrastructure.
