I am an Assistant Professor in Economics at the Faculty of Management Sciences, Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS), where I have taught since 2014. Passionate about building economic understanding and analytical skills, I hold a BS in Economics from BUITEMS and an MS from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) in Islamabad, Pakistan. I am also an alumna of the Pakistani Universities Linkages Program (PULP) at the University of Omaha at Nebraska, USA, which has broadened my global perspective. I teach courses in microeconomics, macroeconomics, environmental economics, and development economics, emphasizing practical applications, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving to prepare students for careers in academia, policy, and the private sector. Beyond teaching, I mentor students, engage in departmental initiatives, and pursue professional development.
