Ms. Shah Taj Akram holds a BS in Education from Sardar Bahadur Khan Women’s University, Quetta, Pakistan, and a Diploma in English Literature from the Community College of Philadelphia, USA. She earned her MS in Educational Leadership and Management from Saint Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, USA. Her research interests encompass educational leadership, inclusive leadership practices, curriculum development, management, and administration. She has extensive experience in teaching students across diverse age groups and has served in supervisory roles within the School District of Philadelphia, USA. Currently, she is a Lecturer in the Department of Education at BUITEMS University, Quetta, and is actively engaged in teaching and contributing to the advancement of research in her areas of expertise.
