My name is Mirwise Khan, an academic professional from Balochistan, Pakistan. I serve as an Assistant Professor with sixteen years of experience in public and private sector universities. I hold an MS degree and an MBA, providing me with a strong foundation in business and management studies. My teaching areas include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Conflict and Crisis Management, and Marketing. I have also contributed to academia through several research publications. I gained international exposure as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Universiti Utara Malaysia, which enhanced my teaching and communication skills. My research interests focus on human resource management and public sector development, with a growing interest in health management in Balochistan. In addition to teaching, I serve as an alumni coordinator, strengthening institutional connections. I am committed to continuous learning, academic excellence, and contributing to education and society.
