As an academician/ researcher and administrator my vision is to screen and select existing rich human resource, particularly youth of the province, polish them with the light of education and utilize their abilities and intellect for exploiting the hidden treasures of the Balochistan in particular and Pakistan in general. I am quite sure that with this approach we will be able to achieve the momentum of development that will lead to take the province at a stage where its contribution in the field of science and technology make our beloved country Pakistan to compete with the developed World.
