I have been serving as a university lecturer for over a decade with a specialization in Human Resource Management. I was honored with the Badge of Honor in recognition of my academic excellence. My research interests include Leadership, Gender Studies, Total Quality Management, and Employee Performance. Alongside teaching and research, I place strong emphasis on community engagement and welfare, encouraging my students to actively participate in such initiatives. I remain dedicated to fostering learning, personal growth, and academic achievement among my students.
