Dr. Muhammad Irfan is an Associate Professor with over 15 years of experience in Project Management and Management Sciences. He holds a PhD from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a Master’s degree in Project Management. His research interests include project management, financial inclusion, entrepreneurial development, and the socio-economic impacts of initiatives such as CPEC, particularly in developing regions like Balochistan. He has held key academic leadership roles, including Chairperson of the Department of Public Administration and Associate Dean, contributing to curriculum development, accreditation, and institutional collaboration. Dr. Irfan is also an active trainer and researcher, with several publications in international journals, and has supervised postgraduate students in diverse research areas.
