Mehwish Sahibzada is a lecturer in the English department at the Baluchistan University of Information Technology, Engineering, and Management Sciences (BUITEMS), where she has been teaching since 2012. Over the years, she has held several key academic and administrative roles, including MS Program Manager (2021–2022), Acting Faculty Research Coordinator, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (2021), and Campus Management Solution Focal Person, Department of English (2013–2017). These roles have strengthened her expertise in programme design, research facilitation, and academic management. Prior to joining BUITEMS, Mehwish Sahibzada taught as an English Instructor at the iEARN English Access Micro-Scholarship Program (2011–2012). Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Literature at the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad.
