With MA and MS in English Language and Literature from IIUI, I have done a one-year Advanced Diploma in English Language from NUML Islamabad. I have a keen interest in teaching by equipping my students with market-oriented skills and academic excellence. I believe in my role as a teacher to not only nurture the academic skills of my students but also raise their morale and sense of responsibility to become better members of society, charged with the zeal and will to lead by example. My research interests include Foucauldian Discourse, Postcolonial literature and Literary Theory. I am planning to investigate ideologies that matter to our social coexistence through the lens of theory. I also want to explore discourses that disrupt our peace and stability and envision alternatives that promote peaceful coexistence.
