Dr. Abdul Raziq is currently a Professor in the Faculty of Management Sciences at BUITEMS Quetta, Pakistan. He received his Ph.D in HRM from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. He has twenty-three years of teaching & research experience and has supervised several research students. He is a senior reviewer of NBEAC (National Business Education Accreditation Council), and a member of National Curriculum Revision Committee, etc at HEC level. Dr. Raziq has published numerous research papers in various national and international journals. His research work has been cited extensively. He is a senior researcher with over 3000 international citations to his research work with h- Index of 11. He has been a keynote speaker at national and international levels and has also presented his research work at many international conferences abroad. His area of research includes SME Management, High-Performance Management Practices, Environmental Sustainability issues, and Industry 4.0.
