Academic & Social Links

Dr. Khadija Jaffar holds a Ph.D. in Education with specialization in Education in Emergencies, an M.Phil. in Educational Management, and dual Master’s degrees in Education and Business Administration. She is also a Certified Professional Manager in Human Resource Management (PIMS). With over 13 years of professional experience in the development sector—including work in insecure and challenging operational environments—and 8 years of academic experience, she has established herself as a highly motivated and dedicated professional leader. Her career encompasses wide-ranging expertise in research, teaching, social safeguarding, human resource management, and institutional operations. Dr. Jaffar has contributed to strengthening systems, policies, and practices that advance inclusive, equitable, and quality education. Since 2020, she has also been an active member of the Inter-Agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE).
