Dr. Sadaf Amjad holds a PhD in Management Sciences with a specialization in Women Entrepreneurship and currently works as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Management Sciences. She has wide teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She earned her Master of Science in HRM and her Master of Commerce with a first-class. Position holder in her Bachelor of Commerce. Interned at State Bank of Pakistan, Karachi, wrote a comprehensive report on “Currency Operations and Management in Pakistan”, securing 98%. Her area of research includes Psychological Capital, Emotional Intelligence, Entrepreneurship, Women Entrepreneurship and Women Empowerment. Most of her research work is focused on gender issues and gender equality.
