Fazal Muhammad (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology Khuzdar, Khuzdar, and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Balochistan University Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS), Quetta. He is received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Bahria University Karachi Campus. His research interests include controller designing for multilevel converters and renewable energy sources.
