I completed my Ph.D. in Management and currently serve as an Assistant Professor at BUITEMS. Throughout my academic journey, I have achieved significant milestones, including several national and international awards, over 39 research articles, and undertaken various research projects. Reflecting the impact and relevance of my work within the academic community. With sixteen years of teaching experience, I have spent seven years engaged in teaching and research in China, working in both Tianjin and Wuhan. As an Assistant Professor, I am dedicated to continuing my contributions to education and research, building upon this strong foundation of knowledge, and further advancing my field.
