Dr. Nawaz received his PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from University of Rostock, Rostock, Germany back in 2011. His research focused on the synthesis of various organic moities through Suzuki-Miyaura Cross Coupling reactions. His research has been published in well reputed International Journals. After completing his PhD, Dr. Nawaz moved to South Korea on his postdoctoral assignment. Afterwards, Dr. Nawaz was engaged in another postdoctoral task in Brazil. He came back to Pakistan and joined BUITEMS as Assistant Professor in 2013. He has served as Founding Chairperson of the Department of Chemistry for 6 years. He also served Faculty of Basic Sciences as Associate Dean. Currently, he is serving as Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry.
