After completing his Masters in English Literature from university of Baluchistan, Azeem joined the department of Home and Tribal affairs government of Baluchistan and served there for two years as Investigation officer in district pishin. In 2006, Azeem was selected as a lecturer in English in the colleges section government of Baluchistan through Baluchistan public service commission. He served as a lecturer at government degree college khanozai for two years. In October 2007, he joined Buitems as a lecturer in the department of English. He has been performing his services since then.
