Dr. Syed Nasir Shah is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at BUITEMS, Quetta. He earned his Ph.D. in Structural Engineering and Materials from Universiti Malaya, Malaysia, and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Malaysia. His academic and research interests focus on sustainable construction materials, lightweight and insulating cementitious composites, and innovative pavement technologies. He has published widely in international journals, presented his work at conferences, and regularly reviews for reputed scientific journals. In addition to research, he teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in civil engineering and actively contributes to academic quality assurance and program development. He is also a registered Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council.
