Prof. Dr. Naseebullah Kakar (AvH fellow) is a Professor of Molecular Genetics and Biotechnology at the BUITEMS, where he began his career as a Research Associate in 2005 and steadily rose through academic ranks. He holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Medicine from IgradU Ulm, Germany, and has completed postdoc at the University UzL, Germany under the prestigious AvH fellowship as well as further training at the University UKR, Germany. His research expertise spans human molecular medicine and disease genomics. Dr. Kakar has published more than 40 research articles in leading international peer-reviewed journals, including Nat Genet and Genom Res with a collective IF of >200 and >1200 citations. He has successfully completed several national/international research projects. He has received multiple prestigious awards Nationally and Internationally.
