Dr.Tayyaba Akram is an Associate Professor and Head of the department, Department of Management Sciences at BUITEMS Quetta, Pakistan. She has done her PhD in Human Resource Management from Shanghai, China. She has been working in the education industry for almost 18 years. I started my career as a lecturer at BUITEMS, Quetta, Pakistan, in 2007. She also served at Donghua University, Shanghai, China, for four years and taught cultural exchange students from around the world, including students from Germany, France, Italy, Spain, South Korea, Serbia, and Great Britain. Moreover, she also took summer and winter camps for the students coming from Multiple countries and international Universities like Michigan University, America, Monash University, Australia, South Australian University, Australia, etc. She attended international conferences and seminars in China and also published research articles in well-reputed journals, including SSCI, ESCI, and Scopus-indexed international journals.
